I used to like weed more before they turned it into the nuclear hybrids of today which are more like an opiate. Smoke it for a couple days and your brain dead. And I don't care what they say, you get withdrawals. They legalized it here in California and I had to try so I smoked every day for a week. It was great but its so strong now when I stopped I was sweating, anxious -- real physical withdrawals that took three days to end and a good eight days before the psychological craving subsided. Like I said, growers have moved it beyond "your fathers weed" of the past. Never got anxious or paranoid off weed except for the VERY FIRST TIME -- that is a fear response of the individual user to a new drug. Get over that first flight response and it has quite the oppose effect: it calms you. Alcohol is horrible. Drunks are horrible. Even moderate drinking is horrible. I hate dealing with half drunk people at work (I work retail). It makes people think they're so clever when they're really being pushy jerks. If you don't think there's dozens on drunk drivers on the road at anytime, think again. I would say on average I get three drunk people a day out on the road shopping. You can smell it. Funny you mention it being stronger these days. I totally agree with that. I think it has gotten much more potent with time...probably due to artificial selection and breeding. I also expect that to continue as it becomes legal in many places.
