The differences are as clear as day, what with the Fox movies always going for that creatively bankrupt "grounded" approach instead of embracing the X-Men's wondrous nature like the Savage Land or the Shi'Ar or....anything cool, really. It's the same with this show. It's just a Heroes knock-off. In other words, you pulled that out of your ass. And what's the definition of "grounded"? In other words, I'm pointing out how creatively bankrupt the FoX-Men movies are. In this context, Grounded means taking something that should be soaring and making sure it's trapped on the ground where it can't do anything. |
