Roast Pork or Roast Beef? Which would you prefer?

For most of my life i'd say beef,bloody rare.However,my current wife will only eat it so well done it's like shoe leather.
A couple years of trying various ways to satisfy each I gave up and no longer roast beef and only roast pork.
