Sydney, Australia television schedule for Saturday 7 May 1966.
Schedule includes Australian, American, British, Irish ("Insurrection") and Canadian ("Let's Sing Out") TV series. It also includes a whopping four hours of Australian-produced music programming....but only 1 hour of Australian-produced drama ("Homicide", and no, despite what IMDb thinks "The Flying Doctor" was NOT an Australian series). But hey, I've always preferred Australian music to Australian drama, so I'm not complaining. In fact, the reason I posted this schedule is because I recently watched the episode of "Brian Henderson's Bandstand" on the schedule, which I found highly enjoyable despite being dated at times. Also on the schedule are many American films, including lots of b-movies by studios like Columbia and Monogram....but I love b-movies so again I'm not complaining. There's also a couple of A-movies on the schedule.
I'm surprised the "Clarence the Clocker" series isn't listed on IMDb, it was popular enough to be referenced in other shows of the period (for example, "Brian Henderson's Bandstand" did a sketch spoofing it, a rare foray into comedy by the series).
