I have, and what makes those movies good are the supporting characters and the action. Not the leads. Unforgiven took a different approach which is why it's the modern classic it is (well, as Modern as you can be for an early 90s flick). Unforgiven is about a former gunfighter who fails to keep his promise to his wife. He tries to be non violent but once his partner is killed he goes nuts. Then he becomes a grocer. The end. In a truly awesome way. Yes. The ones that needed everything else to be interesting to make up for the leads.
