I am not talking about amount of goals. I am talking about handicap. If you want to win some money not by pure fluke then handicap is the best way.

Sometimes it is not feasible to do results only. For example, you will get 1 cent for a stake of 1$ if you bet on Czech Republic. For that reason we have handicap betting.

If you bet on Czech -5.5 @ even odds then you will double your stake. It means Czech will have to win by 6 goals over San Marino for you to win the bet. If you don't like that then you can bet on San Marino +5.5. It means you will win the best if San Marino losses by less than 6 goals. Not saying that I am an expert in it but handicap (especially Asian handicap) is the best way to win in long terms.
