Christopher Nolan
James Cameron
Denis Villeuneve
Alfonso Cuarón
Hayao Miyazaki (haven't seen all of his movies yet, but so far all are great)

In another league:
J.J. Abrams, I would place him nowhere near my list of favorite directors, but he hasn't made a single movie that I disliked.
Most of his movies are okay/good imo.
