I Think there is a differece
the best actors are the ones who have the best acting abilities like doing accents, changing voices, being able to completely transform themselves into the characters and are able to show the required feelings forveach film.
they dont need all the skills butvat least stand out with their performances at least one.
While favorites well this involves more than the performances. Its mostly about who do you rnjoy watching on screen.
Here you take more in account looks, sex appeal, charisma, if you like their natural voice and many other stuff outside of their acting abilities.
One actor can be on both lists but the best actor in your opinion is definitely not a synonymous of your Favorite actor.
