Watching games isn't directly his job. He works well over 40 hours per week where he's doing something other than watching games. But he still has time for all of that other stuff.
And as I said, Boomer isn't paid to watch the games he watches. He has two jobs that add up to more than full time that don't involve watching all of those games his teams play, the other NY teams play, etc.
