So if genre-bending is a risk for Fox superhero films, why isn't it a risk for Marvel films? It's a political thriller, but also a Captain America movie. It's a space opera, but also a Marvel movie. It's a supernatural film, but also a Marvel movie. Nah, there's a difference between incorporating elements from other genres and taking the types of "all-in" risks Fox did with Logan and, according to you, New Mutants. I'll be sure to check it out!
