Hi wmclain. Regarding the appropriate comparisons that are drawn between groundbreaking shock duo 'Peeping Tom' and 'Psycho', I have the same issue with both movies; very little emotional investment in what unfolds before me. But I enjoy both movies a great deal on a technical level. Beautiful write-up, thanks. [good call on the casting of Anna Massey for 'Frenzy' (1972) - I like her too] Speaking of Frenzy, that is the movie that really takes the movie goer as peeper Hitchcock thing to it's sleaziest. Probably the most uncomfortable Hitchcock movie to watch at times.
