He needs to give this up already. Man his ego must be the size of Trump's. As an employer I can choose not to hire anyone for any reason with 4 things being the exception. Race Gender Sexual Orientation Religion He not claiming any of that. I am tired of him and his smug face trying to be in the limelight. There are a few additional protected classes for employment discrimination: older than 40, national origin (as long as they are US citizens or permanent residents), and people with mental or physical disabilities as long as they can do the job efficiently. Sexual Orientation however is not a protected class for employment discrimination. People in general assume that it is, but it is not. Not that it makes any difference in Kaepernick's case. I think there is collusion but he will never be able to prove it, therefore has no case. |
