He not claiming any of that. I am tired of him and his smug face trying to be in the limelight.

He's not claiming that the owners violated discrimination laws by not hiring him. He's claiming that the owners violated the CBA, which prohibits collusion by teams. But it's going to be practically impossible for him to prove collusion.
