I didn't like yoghurt as a kid. Now I like yoghurt.
I only buy 100% natural yoghurt. The sweetened varieties may taste better to some but there is unwanted sugar and calories.
One power breakfast I often eat is a small bowl of granola and add some mixed nuts. Then add pineapple (or melon) slices with blueberries.
Mix a tablespoon or two of yoghurt with the blueberries. It really tastes good mixed with blueberries (or blackberries or raspberries) on top of the granola mix.
