The Raiders shit on their season because the backup to the fragile Derek Carr is an incompetent QB, EJ Manual. Agreed, Kaepernick is no John Unitas, but he's a damn site better than EJ. I'm a Bills fan. I've seen EJ. Potentially, the worst starting NFL QB. He has nothing. The Raiders, a team that historically has scooped up trouble children, a fan base that wouldn't give a Fiddler's Fuck about controversy, still thinks EJ is a better QB that Colin and trusts their season to this oaf.
