Off topic - reading Gretzky's book (came out last year) talking history of the league. I never knew the reason for tie games was so that teams wouldn't miss their train boarding calls. Makes complete sense & I'd never have thought of it. Talking of hockey books, another good one is One Night Only about some of the players who only played one NHL game in their career. |
