Thanks. The 90s are very underrepresented on that list, but it was reminiscent of the apocalypse movie on the list, but made earlier. (The store I rented it from went out of business around 2003.)
I did look up the trailer. Which caused YouTube to make a bunch of suggestions that I have to check out and see if I can find it.
