Is surely inevitable now?
It can't be allowed to continue in its present guise.
They have now been caught red-handed as corrupt and unfit for purpose.
Just taking the Sampson affair.
1. Warned not to employ Sampson as England Women's manager. Did so anyway.
2. Were aware of his inappropriate relationships at an academy side.
3. Tried to cover up his racist remarks, including denial, blackmail, and two mock inquiries.
The FA can't continue as is. The leadership must go, and the organisation rebuilt fit for purpose in the 21st century.
