Very few people are masturbating for clinical purposes.
Further, masturbation itself may not be a sin, but the reasons to engage in it often can be which is why I said:
those reasons are tied to a few sins.
uncleaness
loose conduct
no self-control
lusts
greed
selfishness
On occasion, you just have to get rid of a boner, but this is irrelevant since the Bible in no way encourages sexual pleasure from masturbation anyway. It's not something that must be a regular practice anymore than sex needs to be a regular practice.
It's just stupid to think circumcised dudes don't get pleasure from masturbation or even that it is a sex act in the first place.
