This shows me all the passages that translate the word in this passage, and from what I've viewed of it, appears to indicate a married woman every single time.

The reason you see it so often is because women are often being discussed who are married or a wife.
That doesn't change the fact that it's generic.
There is no good thing that can be lusted after. While desire can be a healthy trait, lust rarely if ever is described that way.
