Honestly, this is what it comes down to. If you even casually glance at the posts where fighting erupts, you'll see that there is one side that constantly resorts to personal, ad hominem attacks. They're pathological and they should be banned - for the greater good. What say you scabab ? Hee hee hee... Every side seems to think that others are to blame but everyone is to blame. DC Fan above said it started with The Dark Knight and Iron Man but I was apart of IMDb since 2003 and I vividly remember DC fans saying how Superman Returns was going to crush Spider-man 3. It's always been a thing. This is an MCU board last I checked. As in, it's a board for people who wish to have rational conversations about the MCU. You clearly have a contingent of thugs who don't want to do that instead, they want to come here and defame the MCU all day every day - which is fine. But, they also want to defame the people who like the MCU which is NOT fine. If you engage in ad hominem attacks you should be banned. There is no reason to bring mothers, socio-economic status, political alignment, level of education, race, sexual orientation, or any other non-relevant data into these conversations. |
