Well said!
I've said this before. It's not really a Marvel vs DC war or an MCU vs DCEU war. It's really an MCU vs DC and Fox and Sony war. Most MCU fans just hate anything that isn't MCU, whether it's DC or the X-Men movies or the Fox Spider-Man movies.
Well said too. guys let's all think about it from the beginning. Batman 1989, Batman Returns, Superman 1 and Superman 2. I don't care if you like marvel or dc, this movies started it all and paved the way until one small event in 1997 almost killed the genre (batman and robin) do you remember at the dawn of the new millennium when we all loved the first xmen movie in 2000, after how poorly Batman and Robin went and everyone saying the genre was dead and will never recover? it did not matter if you liked marvel or dc, we comic fans were just glad, the genre gained back its credibility. then we had Spiderman, X2, Spiderman 2, Batman Begins, TDK, Road to Perdition, Sin City. it did not matter if you liked Marvel or DC or Independent comics, as long as you were a comic fan, we appreciated good comic films. All that changed with the marvel cinematic universe and some of their retarded fans that started going out of their way to de-legitimise and try and take down any comic movie or property not part of their ''cinematic universe.'' As I said yesterday, I am bored of the mcu babies. There is an element/contingent of "new money" fans within the MCU ranks who seems to harbor an inferiority complex and therefore overcompensate with dogmatic and dichotomous responses, like formersamhmd. But I know plenty of people "IRL" who like CBMs based on merit rather than some "allegiance." Like: most people I talk to about this stuff told me good things about Deadpool, Doctor Strange, and Wonder Woman and bad to middling things about X-Men: Apocalypse, Thor 2, and Suicide Squad. So...
