Probably the three Lord of the Rings movies. I've probably watched each one upwards of 20 times.

Jurassic Park or The Dark Knight.
I love Jurassic Park so much that I really only choose special times to watch it now. In other words, I don't just plop it in the VCR anymore. But man oh man did I used to.
I actually find The Dark Knight to be an addicting movie to watch. It's so hard to stop watching. There was a stretch where I watched this at least three times a week for quite awhile.

I am really surprised to see so many people replying that they must have seen this movie or that more than 50 times. I don't think there is any movie that I've seen more than 10 times, 15 at the most.
My list of movies that I have surely seen more than 5 times is very short:
Raiders of the Lost Ark Back to the Future (only the first one) Star Wars Le Dîner de Cons
I think that's it.

I honestly don't know. but to take my best guesses off the top of my head...
-Speed (1994) (I remember re-watching this quite a bit in the mid-to-late 1990's on the official VHS tape. I first viewed this, well about half of it, in wood shop class in probably late 1994 and then was hooked and eventually got my parents to get the movie on VHS tape and re-watched it quite a bit.)
-Face/Off (1997) (I remember re-watching this quite a bit in the late 1990's as I taped it on a blank VHS tape from one of those shady de-scrambler boxes that descrambles the cable TV signal)
-The Karate Kid (1984) (I honestly don't care for this anymore (as of a re-watch on May 14th 2016) as I only like the 3rd movie at this point)
-Ghostbusters (1984) (I honestly don't like this anymore as of May 24th 2014 but I would assume it's one of my most re-watched movies especially back in the 1990's etc.)
-Jurassic Park (1993) (I only mildly like this movie nowadays though. only the 2nd movie is amongst My Favorite Movies now. we have this on VHS tape which I got back in the day (I want to say my b-day of 1994))
-Terminator 2 (1991) (I only mildly like this nowadays though)
etc etc.
as far as how many times I viewed those... I have no clue but maybe something like 20-50 times(?). I would have to figure at least 10+ times for a conservative figure, but ill say 20+.
even if I am wrong and it's another movie not listed above, I can still say those listed above are amongst movies I re-watched the most from when I was a kid to date (ill be 39 years old later this year). like they have to be on the higher side of movies I re-watched the most especially since I never really started to increase the general volume of movies I watched quite a bit til about the year 2003 which means I would have likely been re-watching movies I have seen before around that 2003 time frame more than I would be lately since I have quite a few more movies I like now than I once did because back in those days I was mainly about video games where as movies started to really dominate my time over the last decade or so.
p.s. but for movies released in the current decade... Drive (2011). I have seen that seven times(between opening day Sep 16th 2011 through Jan 13th 2012 was my first four viewings, then Sep 16th 2013/2014/2015, which makes a total of seven viewings. hell, come to think of it... I might re-watch it on Sep 16th as it will be a full three years since I last seen it). it peaked at a 9/10+ and is currently a 7/10. although there is currently three movies that are about tied for my #1 spot of the current decade which are... The American (2010)/Source Code (2011)/Skyfall (2012). I have seen The American at least four times. I have seen Source Code at least three times. I have seen Skyfall four times. but since we are talking movies of the current decade, since not much time has passed, and after my initial two viewings, I typically don't re-watch movies more than once a year with many of my favorites being re-watched once every few years or so.

The Princess Bride for sure, but I have no idea of the count. My favorite scene, inconceivably*, is the contest between Westley and Vizzini.
*That word, I don't think it means what I think it means!
