As noted, sometimes there are some really good picks in there...
So, yes... I have bought quite a few movies out of the Walmart bins over the years...
And yes, there have been a few times that I have tried to straighten them up as I sort through them... It's a shame when they get straightened up, and then you come back just a few days later, and they are a complete mess again.
I still look at what is on top of the pile as I pass by them, but I haven't dug deep in a long time.

I agree. Goodwill is more organized than Walmart

I don't know how it is where you all live, but I find it annoying that these are so disorganized. You have to dig through so many cases just to find a movie/CD (that is if the movie/CD you want is even there). Ha hA, yeah. No matter how much of a hurry I'm in I can't resist the bins, although lately I only find stuff I already have or a lot of the same movie. 😊

I usually just give it a quick once over walking past and see if something jumps out at me.

the messier bins are indeed more attractive to shoppers.
Probably the same shoppers who corporate think love to be asked "Did you find everything ?" when you are at the checkout ! “Well, actually, no, Miss Cashier: I didn’t find anything I wanted—your store is all out of milk, bread, eggs—so I bought 12,000,000 bags of marshmallows instead.” “That’s nice. Cash or credit?”
