Context? What has the EFL done against those clubs? And what is the EFL? Probably something to do with the owners or ex-owners of some of these clubs, I'm guessing. And the EFL's 'fit and proper ownership" test being not fit for purpose. I've told father jack over and over again to post links with his threads, but the guy just doesn't listen to me. From now on actually, I'm boycotting father jack's threads which don't contain links or sources where appropriate! Edit: EFL is English Football League. That's tier 2 to 4 in english football (so starting below the Premier League).

Yes, it's a fans protest about the EFL not doing due diligence when it comes to fit and proper persons to own a club tests. And the inevitable disasters that follow.
