GARTH GAMES : REPORT FOR MONTH OF APRIL

After playing GGs for well over a year, I can count all my wins on one hand!
And, I think I can name the subjects of the games I won too.
I'll bet Linda can't do THAT! 
(And, I'm sure that Matt keeps a record of all scores on all the games played.)


But, as shown, it is the number or games played that gives the most value on these monthly reports.

I can say that I play purely for the enjoyment, and I count a DDC membership as a very good day--long form of short form.

The quality of the players is just SO good that I am happy to just to make the it with this great group of competitors. 
 

Well, my streak might be coming to a close. I hope to get some medical advice on Thursday about fixing my right hand which isn't working very well. I lost the use of the thumb a couple of months ago and I have severe pain in the wrist, elbow and shoulder. It might just be from overuse. So depending what the doctor says, I may have to lay off for a while. Since the left hand doesn't work at all, my fun is ruined.

So I may just have to kick back and watch movies on FilmStruck.

But if this is the end for me, I would like to thank Matt for the great quizzes and those of you who have been worthy opponents.
