For years, MCU fans said that the Avengers tried to minimize the loss of civilian lives during the Battle of New York while Superman did nothing to minimize the loss of civilian lives during the battle against Zod and his super-powered soliders. But in Infinity War, the Avengers not only did nothing to minimize the loss of lives but also contributed significantly to the loss of lives. That's far worse than anything in MoS or DCEU.
Time and time again, MCU's "heroes" had a chance to save the universe, but instead acted like selfish douchebags and put their own selfish wishes above the greater good. Quill hesitates to kill Gamora, Gamora gives Thanos the location of the soul stone to save Nebula, Cap and Scarlet Witch won't let Vision die.
MCU fans have made excuses for the selfish actions of MCU's "heroes" by saying that they didn't want to sacrifice someone they loved. But Captain Kirk faced the same scenario and didn't put his own selfish wishes above the greater good and did what was necessary to save millions of lives.
The Avengers not only didn't put the greater good above their own selfish wishes and didn't do what was necessary to save the universe, but the Avengers also contributed significantly to killing at least half the universe by directly helping Thanos to acquire some of the Infinity Stones. So the Avengers kill count isn't just a few thousand people. The Avengers kill count is at least half of all lives in the universe.

Dr Strange seemed to be the only one to have the right idea of protecting the time gem at any cost necessary.

I know this is going to be hard to comprehend but I'll try to make this as simple and easy to understand as you can. Everything you described are character flaws, something DC doesn't understand

Captain Kirk faced the exact same situation that Starlord and Scarlet Witch faced. But unlike Starlord and Scarlet Witch (who put their own selfish wishes above the greater good and didn't do what was necessary to save the universe), Captain Kirk didn't put his own selfish wishes above the greater good and did what was necessary to save millions of lives. Kevin Feige and MCU writers just don't understand what it means to be a hero.

It's Superman is sometimes regarded as a boring character because he's so powerful and can do almost anything. Just look at Justice League, he didn't even need any of the other members to defeat Steppenwolf and Steppenwolf was hardly a major threat to him. And I already countered and refuted your point about Scarlet Witch and Star-Lord. Star-Lord fucked up, but just a character flaws and with Scarlet Wich, until you ever love someone, shut the fuck up

The common thread with all three of these characters is, well, character.

Can someone please ban this dickhead already? Or at the very least close these threads? Because it's pretty obvious that the purpose of the thread is merely to troll.

It's what makes and defines a character. Yeah, it inadvertently helped Thanos, but doesn't make them any less of a hero
