I'm not surprised, I've heard the show was trash. They made an enormous mistake when they decided to go from a movie to a series. It could have easily been a successful movie series in itself and now it's just a failed TV series that you won't hear from again. The thing is the movie was only announced because Ike, who had a lot of say in Marvel Studios at the time, demanded it when Feige pushed for a Black Panther and Captain Marvel film at the time. When Disney moved Ike from Marvel Studios he took Inhumans to television. Inhumans could easily work as a tv series, but you need a Game of Thrones budget and you also need a show runner who isn't a incompetent jackass like Scott Buck. |

It was Permutter's baby.
Presumably he saw no difference between it & the XMen. He's a notorious tightwad who is apparently behind the switch of Rhodey because Howard was paid more than RDJ in the first movie

They are not a good group for visual medium. Medusa alone would be expensive to do properly because of the hair It was only Perlman's belief they were a replacement for the X-Men this title is even discussed. Lucifer might have been axed because of the Disney deal apparently. |
