A lot of people are going to lay bets openly ASAP, but the decision only clears the way for the individual states to legalize it. A few probably won't (e.g. Utah). So there will be a lot of people breaking laws and no guarantee that the enforcers will look the other way.

Never knew how they worked, where they are located, or how they get around regulations. i have been a long term member of Covers Forum and lots of Americans (in fact 90% plus members are Americans) bet on those sites. The whole gambling thing in America is very complex. |

You'll love sports gambling. You can't go five minutes through a game without Ray Winstone popping up saying "Have a bet you slag". Don't get the reference but like Ray Winstone, so I'm good with that. |
