Does anyone on here have any thoughts on eating rabbits? I've never tried it. ONLY a COMPLETELY and TOTALLY EVIL PIECE-OF-SHIT SCUMBAG of a DISGUSTING human being WOULD eat and/or KILL a SWEET, ADORABLE, CUTE and CUDDLY little bunny!!!I would try rabbit but I would probably be sad about it.

All I say is that I liked that Rabbit creature in James Stewart's Harvey. But I do like to know as you may have more info if that creature in Harvey was a rabbit or something else?

Aj_June , Harvey is a pooka Wilson: [reading from an encyclopedia] "P O O K A - Pooka - from old Celtic mythology - a fairy spirit in animal form - always very large. The pooka appears here and there - now and then - to this one and that one - a benign but mischievous creature - very fond of rumpots, crackpots, and how are you, Mr. Wilson?" "How are you, Mr. Wilson?" Who in the encyclopedia wants to know? Wilson: Who's Harvey? Miss Kelly: A white rabbit, six feet tall. Wilson: Six feet? Elwood P. Dowd: Six feet three and a half inches. Now let's stick to the facts. Another of my most favorite films AND I saw it performed on stage as well !

BATouttaheckThanks for that. It seems Pooka (Harvey) is some sort of fairy rabbit from Celtic folklore. Harvey is indeed a great movie. I like many movies of J Stewart but Harvey will rank among my top 3 among his flicks. You are indeed lucky to have seen it performed on stage as well!

Just an apology - I think I had overreacted about one of the posts made in this thread and as a result I might have made two posts uncharacteristic of me. It might have been because I was having a bad day. I have removed those posts now and say sorry to anyone who read it. I am generally considerate in posting and usually do not lose my patience.

For me, lambs are the dearest little things. But, I can be cajoled into cruelty, at the suggestion of a little rosemary and garlic.
I do like lamb chops, but don't have them that often. Can't remember when I last did.

Funny how eating "rabbitS" sounds so much worse than "eating rabbit".
Eating lambs sounds worse than eating lamb. etc
somehow that "s" personifies the meat
and then there's cows vs beef and pigs vs. pork
