If it wasn't for the bachelor party fiasco and the time he punched Chase while he was mad during the Tritter arc we could believe Chase was House's favorite teammate. He protected him a little more than everyone else.
with The Nun Chase thought was in love with and got mad with House because he didn't him convince that girl to stay with Him. house clearly told him he didn't want Chase to be like him.
When Chase father came to visit his son he felt a moral dilemma if he should tell Chase about his father being sick and still without telling him made them reconcile.
when Chase was dealing with Dibala's death House helped get over it or at least keep doing his work.
when Chase got distracted with Kayla's case House didn't fire him and make his life hell for that mistake he just told him his mistake had consequences but didn't threat him to get fired or anything like it.
when Chase went to say goodbye after her quited House did shake his hand, even whne Chase was stabbed and House didn't tell him he was sorry or acted like any human being would have acted Chase knew House cared deeply About him.
Does anyone got the impression sometimes that House did love Chase like he was his son.

I loved Chase and Jesse Spencer. I've been watching Chicago Fire with him. Chase was a skilled surgeon and had some emotional storylines. Not sure about House's feelings, he always tried to act like he didn't care but we know he did care about Cuddy, Wilson and he let Chase get away with slugging him. House is one of my favorite shows

He protected Chase in his way.

I lean towards Foreman, for whom House left a hint (ID card) that he was still alive. I don't remember him doing that for anyone else on the team. Or perhaps he just respected Foreman most.

I think it was more like his way of making peaces with him since when they were teammates thye had a lot of disagreements more than anyone on the team and his way to tell him he appreciated what he did for him like asking for his perole the first time. and giving him the season tickets for one of his few sports he loved to watch, in the last season they were more in peace with each other actually Foreman agreed with House contest for the second team leader. i remember how funny it was Chase trying to complain about that with Foreman and he so cool said whybinthink its a good idea. i think House respect both of them( Chase and Foreman) very much and ended up liking Foreman as well but the id was an offer of peace and tell him he did appreciate what he did for him.
