Diamonds Are Forever. It was basically an edited piece of interviews from director Guy Hamilton, co-screenwriter Tom Mankiewicz, and the rest of the cast and crew.

ZOMBI 2 Funny since the actor Ian McCulloch is talking calmly about his educational background as someone is screaming from a zombie attack. Also they shot in New York without permits--getting permission from a janitor to shoot in a fancy office building.

The only audio commentary I've heard is Apocalypto. It was great hearing Gibson on how he was able to achieve certain scenes. Like for eg the eclipse scene was done practically. I always thought it was CGI.

Battle Beyond the Stars with Gale Anne Hurd on one and Roger Corman and John Sayles on the other. Their track has a lot of interesting conversation between them.

Pretty in Pink (1986) [2006 "Everything's Duckie Edition" | Director Howard Deutch]
Quite a bit of dead air. Deutch though Spader was obnoxious, at least when they were casting.

I like listening to them as audio files and went through a bunch of them recently (Fight Club, a couple of John Carpenters, Snatch, Titanic, etc..) while walking around or doing stuff.

I listened to one commentary track, but i disagreed with what they said mostly. And it didn't make me appreciate anything more . So i never listened to another one again.

William Friedkin - The French Connection. Too often he just describes what is happening onscreen but he still provides some interesting details. For the longest time, I though it unlikely the Lincoln was put back together and it seemed like a replacement was found instead. According to Friedkin, the car was actually reassembled in the real life story.
