Which are your favorite joints to pop/crack, and how long does it take for them to "recharge"?
My favorites are knees and hands. Knees feel the best, but hands sound the best.
With my knees, I can pop the kneecaps up many times per day, as long as I'm sitting down. But my personal favorite, popping my knees side to side, I do at the start and end of the day, because it's easiest to do when lying down. Feels super relaxing.
With my hands, I've never really counted, but I suspect I can get at least 2-3 good loud cracks per day.
I also crack my elbows (mainly because it's done in the same movement as cracking my hands) and toes.

i only crack my joints when the joint needs to be cracked to release the strain of them being 'cramped'. that cramped feeling is the absolute worst.
i don't understand these people who constantly 'crack' their knuckles -- something is obviously wrong with your bodies if you are able to do that. i tried, just to see and if it doesn't need to be cracked, it won't crack.
you also run the risk of arthritis -- i know people say that isn't true but i went to college with a constant knuckle cracker -- like the professor he had to speak to him in every class i had with him because it was soo loud and distracting... his knuckles on his middle fingers were all crooked and swollen like a 90 year old! at 18-19 years old!

My back, since it's the one generally most in need of cracking. I don't often crack my back. One, because it usually doesn't work, and two, because I am paranoid of hurting myself or doing some serious damage if I keep trying, either to the spine or by squashing an organ or something. So I don't want to risk it. I can't tell when or how my back is "in need or cracking", if it ever is anyway.

Contsantly? Do you mean without needing to recharge? That is weird. I think they say it generally takes 20 minutes for a joint to "recharge". Although I guess it's quicker or slow for some people. Also some joints seem quicker to recharge than others, some of them are even recrackable straight away. Not sure of the arthritis case. There's been research done to prove that there's nothing wrong with it, although there's a very small sample size. If you crack them naturally, like I do, by simply gently stretching the fingers slightly more than you normally would in day to day activites then I'm sure that's totally fine. Sometimes they even just crack doing simple movements. But if you force them, like pulling on your fingers hard or pushing them down hard (like I assume the guy who knew at college did), then it wouldn't surprise me if that caused problems later in life. I think I recall people doing it the finger pulling way in school, and it just makes me cringe thinking about it now. I would never think of doing it that way.

My back, since it's the one generally most in need of cracking. What is your method of cracking your back, brah? I'm not good at cracking my back. I'm usually only able to get a very small crack on one side of my back, using the sitting down and twisting your torso to the side method. Cracking to the left is often successful, but not the right. I'm too scared to try and twist further. Afraid I will do damage to something.

My knuckles are my favorite to crack. What method do you use? I push my fingers towards my palm using the thumb from my other hand.

I can usually guarantee a left side crack a few times a day, and the right side is maybe 50/50 or so.

I don't know whether it's good or bad for you, but I wouldn't personally recommend it.

I don't see a problem with popping/cracking joints. It can relieve tension.

I mostly crack my knuckles - even though I know I shouldn't. And, more often than not, I'm not even aware I'm doing it.
I crack my neck, too. Lately, I've been feeling the effects from that, though.
I also crack my big toe on my left foot. Can't do the right toe for some reason. Probably a good thing.

Why shouldn't you be doing it? And I get it can be addicting and a habit, but how can you not be aware when you're doing it? I would highly suggest you please stop doing that knuckles, knees and feet aren't connected to anything so there's really no risk. The neck is literally connected to everything. The cracking itself may be safe to do on necks, but the twisting motion to get said cracks is what may cause issue. What are the effects you have been feeling? Wow, that's similar to me! My big toe on the left is very crackable, whereas the right not so much. I can recrack the left so much. I used to crack it a lot when sitting at my desk. Not much any more though. Apart from when doing a general feet crack when I crack all the toes, I don't really crack the big toes (on their own) any more. I don't particularly like it or feel the need to.
