Basket Case 3 I remember that I just recently saw a documentary about the Basket Case trilogy called What's in the Basket?, and where Frank Henenlotter did bring up the scene you posted as a gif, and which it was supposed to include lots and lots of gore and blood coming out of the cop's squished head. However, little time and even less of a budget, made up for how it ended up looking. But somehow, I think it actually did work, even if Frank was not too happy about the finishing article. Hell, he did halter the legendary stop-motion from the first movie (where Belial goes completely berserk at Hotel Broslin) for several months, because he was too embarressed by his own work, to show it to anyone else. However, he realized that it would do well, as a comedic situation, and has since become one of the most loved scenes from the movie series.
