Ed Skrein replaced by Michiel Huisman for Daario Naharis on Game of Thrones. They recast with a guy who looked radically different from the last guy and also acted completely different.

They definitely had two different personalities. OG Becky was sneakier for sure but also felt more vulnerable at times. new Becky was kind of just straight and clean. Prob less memorable. I might like new more just because of scrubs. |

This goes back a long time: Lucky Spencer, GH. Original was the best(Jonathon Jackson). The other two Greg Vaughan, Jacob Young did not seem like Luke's sons.

Naomi Bohannon in Hell on Wheels.
It was jarring because I was binging the episodes and the two of them looked nothing alike. The first one looked super young and the second one looked too old.

That Sliders change is really twisted!
Once they broke up the original cast, it just wasn't the same.
Legend has it John Rhys-Davies was booted because he insulted an executive at a party but who knows if that is true.
