The guy even says, "My nuts!" in case it wasn't obvious what's happening. (1:40)
Wow, hadn't watched this movie in a long long time. I can't believe how sloppy the fight choreography/editing is here. Also, right before he grabs that guy by the nuts, Seagal beats the shit out of a 75 year old man. The unintentional comedy is off the charts in this scene, even by Seagal standards.
