TPM is a flawed masterpiece. TFA is just flawed crap.

The Phantom Menace is one big long toy commercial.

Droid, please! The Force Awakens obviously. It's just an unoriginal and uncreative rehash, particularily of the original Star Wars, sporting fanfic level writing and lazily anniliating the achievements and character arcs of the Original Trilogy.
It's a mere commercial afterglow of the Big Bang that was Star Wars. I removed it from my personal canon.

I'd like a personal canon too, but the authorities might object.

TPM had some ridiculousness in it. TFA only had ridiculousness in it. A kid could have written a better story and better characters.

Still no votes for Rogue One, that seems to settle that discussion I guess The Phantom Menace will always be the worst SW movie. There simply is no redeeming feature in it. At least TFA had some nostalgic elements in it that, despite the disappointing story and nonsensical elements, made it fun to watch. TPM was never even that.

Rogue One for sure.
It wasn't outright bad in the same way as Phantom Menace or Attack of the Clones but it was just plain boring and that's much worse.
A bad movie is better than a boring one.

Phantom Menace. I will be honest with you... I was only able to sit through about 10 minutes of it and I just couldn't go through with it. Who are these people and why is that mother letting that little blonde boy {Luke? srsly, who the hell are these people???} race their version of a car? I also voted for PM because of the fact that I did give it a shot. I thought since I couldn't sit through more than 12 minutes of it, it wouldn't be right to say 2 or 3 were the worst.

TPM for me. Then again, I may have voted differently if there'd been an option to choose more than one crappy film. I'd have chosen "all but the OT".

TFA reached legend status when Han Solo, Chewie and the Falcon appeared. 'Nuff said.

though i dislike all of the prequel trilogy i find that Revenge of the Sith has the least going for it, by a wide margin.

I'm not even a big TFA fan, but having more votes than Attack of the Clones is baffling.
Anyway, TPM.

Its probably because its still fresh in people's mind. Also its not baffling to me since in retrospect, sometimes years later, people tend to be more honest than they are right away.

Da Farce Awakens. Why?
- ANH rehash. Da last third of da movie was so copy-and-pasted predictable that Tarpals just rolled his eyes til meesa wanted to fall asleep!
- Yes, yousa gonna say what about da lightsaber duels in da forest? Bad fanfic originality. Kylo is usin da Force and Rey is usin Disney magic.
- Rey: MarySue warrior princess using Disney magic.
- Finn: Gungan clown minus da Gungan, Binks-nam style. Extra duties include Poe cheerleader and Rey worshipper. Captain kept wondering when this guy was going to pull out his pom-poms!
- Kylo Rong: Emo Darth Vader wannabe with David Cassidy/Sean Cassidy hairdo. One minute this guy was a Sith Lord demigod, da next minute he was a wimpy Force user punching bag for younglings! And don't gimme that he was hurt crap! Was hims hurt da whole movie? Even when hims was hurt it didn't matter until da narrative decided it was time for Rey to kick hims butt. This guy had so much Force usin schizophrenia that hims should've been on medication!
- As for the old characters? Just like watchin deleted scenes and outtakes from ANH.
TFA was just a Disney warrior princess movie and ANH fan service thrown together in a blender.
