What are your thoughts on shaving?

I have not shaved my beard away in 10 years. And i will never do so i will have beard until the day i die.


I do trim my beard like every 2-3 months

Do I like shaving? No. How often do I shave? Daily, but only my neck and above my beardline. For my beard I user a trimmer once or twice per week. I keep my beard pretty short and neat.

For shaving I use an acoustic razor. For my beard I use an electric trimmer.

The razor is actually a women's razor--it's one of those self-lubricating deals. My wife bought it for herself initially and didn't like it. I said, "Let me try it before you throw it away" and I liked it, so that's what I've been using since.

I didn't shave at all from around mid-2004 to around mid-2012. Then I shaved semi-regularly and regularly from then on. As of now, I haven't shaved in over a year.

I fucking hate shaving. I do it only twice a week with an electric rotary shaver.

Whenever I shave, I assume there's someone else on the planet shaving, so I say "I'm gonna go shave too."

I shave every other day with a standard, plastic-handle razor. 

I find shaving to be a chore, but I do it everyday with a manual razor.

I have a little mirror that sticks to my shower wall and will not steam up. I often shave in the shower, the steam opens your pores and you get a smoother final result. I use the cheapest disposables out there but always come out as smooth as a nectarine!
