I was just blessed to drive through and an area with Wendy's and KFC right next to each other and picked up two of these babies! What's your favorite fast food sandwich? (I do have a soft spot for Arby's Roast Beef too!) KFC Zinger Wendy's Baconator:

I'll never forget the taste of this, from Popeyes somewhere in New Orleans. The Cajun Chicken sandwich.

Also, a jalapeno sauce-based Burger King sandwich I had in Mexico City (yeah, yeah, I know, but you can't eat local traditional food every day) - but I can't remember what they called it, so no pic available. I've never seen it advertised in the UK sadly but, brother, did it hit the spot.

You folks shouldn't post photos of all these tasty things. Here I am feeling hungry at 6 in the morning and it's so cold that I don't want to go out. And even if I did all I will find is supermarkets open at this hour.

The merkins are not the only one. Arabs are calling this one a sandwich now
Next Indians will claim that Samosa is sandwich?

that looks awesome! looks like a sandwich with the stromboli top and bottom as 'buns'.......... The thing is that any time you throw shawarma meat in it (you probably know it as doner) it becomes shawarma or doner. So that is the real identity for this food. May be you can call it doner with bun or doner wrap.

Most Australian take away shops do these. Hamburger with the lot. Outstanding.
