What connects these images? Puzzle etiquette: if you have a solution please use a spoiler box. Other people might want to play.

So. Is there one thing that connects all of the pictures, including the multiple pictures of (I think) Eve?

This is a real challenge and I'm loving it. Please bear with me. It might take a week.

Okay, I’m just going to make some observations about the pictures. I have no clue what the puzzle master Pete is going for, but maybe something I say might trigger a clue for someone else. This is not a solution so feel free to check it out.
The lady in the multiple pictures does appear to be Eve – naked but for a fig leaf, holding an apple. So Eve or woman or first woman perhaps.
Photo 1: I thought that was Doctor Who – the Tom Baker version, I’m guessing – in the photo, and it has been confirmed that he is Doctor Who. He and the woman seem to be staring at a giant eye. Is “eye” what Pete is going for? If so, why didn’t he just find a photo of an eye? Maybe he’s going for “who” or “who eye”? I’m not familiar enough with the show to know which episode that is from or if the creature or structure has a specific name.
Photo 2: Next photo is from the theme for M*A*S*H – the nurses running to meet the chopper. So Pete might be going for “MASH”, “nurses”,”team”,”women”?
Photo 3: A sheet of paper with numbers on it, some circled. I would guess he’s not going for what’s circled, though maybe he is. I would guess “data”, “paper”, “sheet” maybe?
Photo 4: At first glance, I thought ambulance. But it reads “Royal Navy Bomb Disposal.” So is it “bomb squad”, “RNBD”, “BDU”, “vehicle”?
Photo 5: A VW Bug, possibly Herbie the Love Bug from the movies. Could be any of those references.
Photo 6: First thought was “An Officer and a Gentleman,” but could also be from “Full Metal Jacket.” Could be “drill” “sergeant” maybe “obstacle course”, “training.”
Photo 7: A car, a Toyota if I read the symbol right, but I can’t figure out which model (Corolla looks the closest) If someone knows the model for sure, that might be what Pete’s going for.
Photo 8: Looks like a musical note, a half-note I believe. It might mean note, half-note, or music.
Photo 9: Looks like an arm with a tattoo of Hawkeye and Radar from M*A*S*H. So is he going for tattoo, arm, MASH, Hawkeye, Radar?
Connection thoughts: Eye is one letter off from Eve, but I can’t find any other connections like that. Two of the photos have a MASH connection, but the others don’t seem to. I’ve looked for words connected with Eve, like New Year’s Eve or Christmas Eve, or women whose first names are Eve, but none of the other photos seem to connect to any of those. I really have no clue what he is going for. Good luck to everyone else.

Good brief analysis, Brimfin. I also love puzzles.
A few thoughts of my own, probably wildly off the mark: the majority of the pictures having something to do with circular, or at least rounded, shapes.
Note: the rounded shapes of Eve's apples, breasts, and body, the rounded (but more accurately ovular) shape of the eye, the rounded, encircled numbers, the circled Mercedes logo on the bomb disposal, the significant encircled "53" on "Herbie," the circular wheels and generally rounded shape of the Toyota, the rounded bottom of the half note, the rounded heads and eyes of Hawkeye and Radar.
So, something to do with circles? But that doesn't account for the photos from MASH and An Officer and a Gentleman/Full Metal Jacket.
In other words, I don't know. I'm just throwin' some superficial thoughts out there.

Also a wild thought, but it's interesting to note that Eve's left arm position is replicated (somewhat akimbo, I think the word is?) in several of the pictures of people and even the musical note, which goes down and then bends. But that has nothing to do with the car pictures.

I thought of something else. Pete's hint, "Say what you see," would seem to mean that the answer becomes clear when what we say each picture is out-loud. For example, the "eye" in the second picture may in fact be its homophone, the letter or word "I".
Problem is, I can't think of what each picture means. For example, in the first one: "eve," "woman," "apple," "Eden"--what?

Another possible connection (sorry if I'm just throwing gibberish out there; I'm hoping that someone will see something I'm not seeing and run with it):
Body parts.
Eve's body, obviously.
The eye in the Dr. Who picture.
The bodies of the girls running towards the camera (well, towards the chopper, but you know what I mean).
The bodies of the cars. (That's a commonly used term, "car body.")
The whole heads of the MASH tattoos.
The project that recorded the "Wow!" recording was called the Big Ear.
The only one I'm having trouble with is the musical note (a half note, also called a minim by our British friends--I don't see that as having a connection, but it is something I've learnt in researching a solution to this puzzle).
Still, even with all that, I think the connections are tenuous at best.
EDIT: I just realized that the ovular part of the note is called the "note head," thus returning us to the body part concept. I still find it far-fetched and think that we need more specifics for Eve, the girls running towards the camera, the car bodies (though perhaps one of them is the "nose" of the car; in fact, I've found out that just about every car part has a parallel "facial term"--hmm...), the MASH tattoos, and the boot camp pull-up picture. That is to say, we can't be specific for two of them--"eye" and "ear"--and general ("body") about the others. Hope that helps in some way.
DOUBLE EDIT: I don't know at what point my mad ramblings should be put into the spoiler tab as a solution. As my reasoning so far is probably incorrect, I haven't done so, but, if I should have, I'd appreciate it if someone would let me know, and I'll put it in spoilers right away. Thanks!

I really appreciate your input, salzmank. I can't tell you how much time I've put in staring at this puzzle. I'm usually not half bad at solving these things but this one has me completely flummoxed.

Some feedback : My earlier post to "say what you see" meant that you should give a description of each picture. Several of Brimfin's descriptions are accurate. Salzmark's identification of two pictures is also helpful. The connection is NOT body parts. The Doctor Who picture is Jon Pertwee in Carnival of Monsters
