Doing my pairs of actors in these polls again. This pair will be Harry Morgan and Royal Dano, Western character actors who did lots of other big things.
In Harry Morgan's case, we obviously have to add the two iconic TV series for which he is well known.

So far, MASH has the lead in the early going. I didn't pick it, but it's certainly no surprise. It's a huge mainstay. You can name any character from the show anywhere in the first world, and I'm sure over 90% of those listening will have instant recognition of the character you mention.
There aren't many "mainstays". In fact, over half of IMDB's top 250 aren't even close to being mainstays, and probably less than a dozen TV shows ever made are mainstays, but this is one.
