lol. Yep, well said. It is basic Conservatism 101 and people should start paying close attention to it. If they did, if they learned what conservatism was really all about, no Republican would ever get elected again. So let's get this straight-you think if people champion the works of Shakespeare, that this makes them evil? Even though he was writing strong roles for women like 400 years before Steinem was born? And his audience was all of society-rich and poor?
You sir, are a barbarian.

You do know those roles were played by men right? "Shakespeare in love" is not a documentary.

He had Neve Campbell's father tucked away in a closet in Scream even though it defied common sense and physics. Perish the thought that she untie him to help her stop the two killers.
Sigh, liberals and their storytelling quirks.

Nonsence, the roles were written for men, by men and had absolutely nothing to do with the life as a woman. It's like you think that if you write a role about a greek hero, cast a blond and blue eyed guy to play the part, it isn't whitewashing and is also a historical example of what greek men looked like. Elisabeth I never married, do you know why that is?

You keep using that word. I'm not sure it means what you think it means.

I never seen the movie but just to comment on that stuff a little in general... it's just liberals who see stuff that way nowadays. it's like they feel guilty for being white and are more for minorities etc just because they are a minority and then end up takings things too far etc.
o well. they went too far off the rails in the last 20-50 years or so and won't be coming back anytime soon.

That's going off the rails? Interesting.

Not to mention their hatred of the gay and trans communities. Oh, and brown foreigners. Can't forget them.

So do you see a future where only those who are what they are write about themselves?
So men can only write about men, women only about women? etc?
There were blonde and blue eyed Greeks. You do know that one of the descriptive titles for Athena was "the grey-eyed goddess?"

Now you are just avoiding the subject. No. I was attempting to investigate your beliefs with closer scrutiny to find the coherence that was not readily apparent and you don't want to join that expedition.

The original Ghostbusters is a piece of pro-tobacco propaganda. It's also anti-ghost. But no one seems to complain about that.

I guess that'd make just as little sense. Only if you want to recreate reality along SJW ideology-which appears to be the case.
