I liked him in "STAR TREK VI: THE UNDISCOVERED COUNTRY", "SCREAM 2", and "TITANIC".

I loved his voice work in Freakazoid as would-be master criminal, The Lobe.

He's good friends with Malcolm McDowell who just turned 75. David Warner is 76.

I didn't mean to ignore your topic, which (now that I'm fully awake) I find an intriguing one. Well...in a lot of the properties in which he performs, David Warner plays a villain...but I don't think that really counts as an "interest", so it doesn't address your topic. I can't offhand think of any other descriptor that would encompass more than one of his works. It was clever of you to note that Time After Time combines time-travel AND Jack the Ripper, and that Time Bandits combines the Titanic AND time-travel. Well, let's see...Did he ever act in a production that had Jack the Ripper aboard the Titanic (where he had just landed from traveling through time), where he then encountered an ancestor of Amanda (mother of Spock)? That would include all the "interests" of David Warner that you cited. It would also probably be a legendarily lousy movie, but then one can't have everything...can one?

Wait--stop the presses--I just discovered another possible "interest" of David Warner! According to IMDb (in the "Trivia" section of DW's page): So, to the areas of interest already painstakingly laid out by the O/P, we can now add Simian Sensibilities. How do you like them ape-ls?
