Cons - Stupid kids always getting themselves, and others, in danger. The T-Rex paddock and the huge drop on the other side never makes much sense. Sideling the most interesting character halfway through.
Pros - Spielberg being the ultimate showman. Many of the performances but.. uh.. Jeff Goldblum.. stands out.. in particular. That laugh, though. The discussion between Hammond and Malcolm over lunch. Raptors, man. Fucking raptors! The reveal of the T-Rex and the scene that follows is fantastic. I do like when Goldblum tries to be the hero.

Cons: -Some of the effects don't hold up as well. -Feeling like a B-movie while being a blockbuster at times.
Pros: -"Welcome to Jurassic Park!" -Most of the CGI holds up fairly - if not very - well. -Sam Neill as Dr. Alan Grant (and much of the other cast members for that matter) -Na na naa naa naa, na na naa naa naa, na na naa naa, naa naa naaaaaaa...

Pros: Groundbreaking CGI Fx Mechanical dinosaurs Wayne Knight Jeff Goldblum (until he gets stomped on) Sam Neill (but given little to do) Cons: The...fucking...kids Laura Dern's open mouth The ice cream and jello eating scenes Boring plot--a few people testing out a dinosaur tour vs opening day with lots of tourist victims? Decision to rely on mechanical dinosaurs meant large size dinosaurs were shoved into the dark or lying sick or peeking from over trees. Compared to a Harryhausen film, the dinosaur scenes were kind of cheap. The real star of Jurassic Park: The Dinosaur Input Device vfxblog.com/dinosaurinputdevice/
