Pros - Scorsese's fantastic energy as a director is evident throughout. It never lacks for style, either. Henry breaking the 4th wall during court. The life of a mobster, and its little details, is always damn interesting. For wise guys, prison certainly didn't seem that hard. Joe Pesci deserved that Oscar. Henry's final day in the life leading up to his arrest. And remember... Morrie's Wigs are tested against hurricane winds.
Cons - Not buying De Niro as a man in his 20s when Jimmy Conway is introduced. "Turns out the guy we roughed up had a sister working as a typist for the FBI" - It's still unclear how this lands them in jail.

I assume the guy told his sister, who then reported it to the FBI, since she worked for them.
