10 of the 22 games so far have ended 1-0.

And most of those 1-0 games have been good games.
For some reason people seem to think that a 1-0 game is boring which is not the case.
But i do prefer it to be more goals. But i rather watch a good 1-0 game than a boring 5-5 games. Many goals does not mean a good game just as few goals does not mean that the game was boring
Hell even 0-0 games can be very good.

It's a tournament with plenty of sides playing with the handbrake fully on, and rightly so. You don't need to wallop the minnows in the group stages, it's about conserving the energy for the important stages. The fact none of you can see it, shows the lack of understanding.

I don't know about most of those being good. I'm more disappointed in countries like France and Uruguay who have enough talent to do more than just hang back and defend after scoring the 1-0. Peru and Morocco did their best and had some very good play but lacked scoring potential. but I do I agree that more goals don't necessarily equal better play.

"Conserving energy"? They're mostly doddering about like a load of old grannies. No pace, no intent. Poncing about waiting for an incident in a penalty box and rinsing shite decisions out of VAR.

Maybe Fifa has to make these things bigger next time.
