$500M seems a safe bet. For once, DCEU kept the budget smaller compared with their other entries or any recent WB release these days.

$500M seems a safe bet. For once, DCEU kept the budget smaller compared with their other entries or any recent WB release these days. The break even point in theaters is around $500 million so I guess WB would be pretty happy with anything above $550 million.  |

I think it will flop. I don't see the movie doing very good especially since Aquaman was one of the most complained about characters in 'Justice League.' It might surprise us and be a hit but after 'Justice League' I am seriously doubting it. The DCEU won't have another hit until 'Wonder Woman 2.'

I once read that in wild nature the worst moment of frustration and despair for an exhausted predator comes when he has hunted down his prey and goes for the kill, only for the prey to stand up again and mockingly jump away. Lol these threads are hilarious in hindsight. What made people to pessimistic (or optimistic) that the film would fail? Always had a good feeling about Aquaman from the very first trailer. Would have guessed around 800.

Between what it continues to make here and abroad, at this point, we have to assume that it can reach the billion mark. Its already in the 900 millions.
