Only if we want it though.
Being English is top of the evolutionary tree, so we can automatically get into Heaven.
Or we can:
Be English again.
Be another Christian citizen again. Depending on the skill level we can go from Mexican/American or, if we want an easier level, choose to be a Northern European citizen (excluding the French of course).
Be another religion altogether; although we'd have to start at the bottom again if we did that.
Or just go straight into Heaven; if we wanted a break from the Mortal World for a while.
That's how it works!
