Leafs look anaemic against the Flames. Matthews out a month. Given his size and that he's a centre, I'm a little concerned at the number of games he's missed early in his career so far.

With the loss against Dallas, Toronto has now gone 5 straight games at home without scoring in the first 2 periods, something that's only happened one other time in the NHL since 1929!

The best part is that the driver doesn't seem to have any idea what they're talking about. He didn't know who they were or what team they played for. He's just smiling away while they rant on and on.

To be fair, I think the leaking of the footage is the real stunt. I'm fairly certain pro sports management class realize their 20 something year olds on their rosters are talking smack sometimes behind their backs. As same as the management ppl are about their own players. |

Crazy stat: Leafs average GF is first on the road and dead last at home. They score 3 (thanks to an empty-netter) to beat Las Vegas at home.

I give you folks credit,
Check out the Eastern Conference
Atlantic Division - last place team in a division of 8 is 7-6-3
Metropolitan Division - last place team in a division of 8 is 7-7-3 (and they're the Pens for christs sakes)
I mean the parity is just ridiculous with this 1 PT for an OT loss nonsense with all of these teams bunched together.
