And Best Picture goes to....Teen Titans Go!?

All this PC bullshit has really ruined the Oscars. I'm glad to have first watched the Oscars in a time when the Academy would choose quality films for its major awards. I miss the days of grand-scale epics winning Best Picture. Nowadays it's all about making a social statement. It's sad.

It would be funny if Black Panther wins best picture because it would completely blow any prestige (what little there was) to the award. It's going to turn into the BET awards.
I hope someone like Meryl Streep or Sydney Poitier presents it.

"And the winner is... Black Panther!"

And then we would get an awards speech about how the Black Panther changed the world.

The last time I watched that show they snubbed a movie that was by far, and I mean by a HUGE MARGIN, not only the best movie of the year, but a movie that was certain to be regarded as one of the greatest of all time - Raiders of the lost Ark.

And gave it to some silly PC crap that was forgotten in a few months: Chariots of Fire.

That's when I knew they were rigged, and that, is the last time I watched any 'awards' show.

And since, to you, the "social statement" is "PC bullshit" then you must be a conservative because social justice is nothing that the right wing want to be talked about. 

And we would also get a blizzard of racist conservative Internet content about how people of African ancestry are incapable of creating anything of worth and how it takes a bunch of "liberals" to vote them awards, how "they only won because they are black." The only silver lining in all that right-wing hate is that is exposes the true basis of conservatism.
